So far I've been treated well and my computer does what it needs to do and much more. I am looing for a class to help me learn to make the best use of its capabilities. Best Buy's staff says they don't presently offer these.

I hear others complain about getting servicing or help with PC issues & I tell them to get a My Best Buy Total membership. It has been a life saver for me to have their knowledge/skills available anytime I need them. I have used their Geek Squad services many times. I am a very satisfied customer.

Total Membership has been a wise purchase. Great Geek Squad access is especially nice with the purchase of a new laptop and all the electronics we have plus the appliance’s we have also purchased.

This is a must have for any and all tech gurus. All of your purchase warranties under one easy to manage profile! It lets you know when and what is expiring. This is a tremendous value which has a ton of perks as well. I have been a member for a long time!

I was able to use the Greek squad to help me install my laptop and everything worked out great and now all my files from my old laptop are on my new laptop and a wonderful service also covers your laptop for a year in case it gets broken or something like that and they’ll replace it

The Best Buy team helped me to renew my Total membership quick and easy. I was quite impressed with how easy it was and with the knowledge they had about the the new plan.

It was a good plan unfortunately I had to Cancel my Membership because I could no longer afford it when I retired.

I can not rant enough about this! I have always used AT&T’s “protection” plan for years. Until I needed to use it and got charges an extra $300 for a fix on the Z fold flip screen. Then after it was sent in, we got a refurbished, different color phone. Once I switched to Best Buy total, I have NO worries that the will protect my devices and services! Will never go back to using any type of insurance or protection plans from AT&T!!!

REALLY like my Best Buy membership! Unlimited help from The Geek Squad, great member pricing and protection on purchases. Sign me up again!

Its wortht he peace of mind that all my products are protected for an extended period of time. I also appreciate that I can get early access to some products in store as well as it seems that many items are slightly discounted.
