I love my Best Buy membership as it has saved me a lot of money. It extended a warranty on a tv and the tv went out on the last day of warranty but because I had the membership they replaced my 2 year old tv for nothing. Can’t beat that!

This is what keeps me coming back to Best Buy. They are quick, knowledgeable, listen to your problems, and will energetically and sincerely move to resolve the issue.

I feel protected with this membership coverage, with too many electronic devices at home, no need to risk it, also, the Best Buy team provides the best customer service, highly recommended!!!! NO doubt, worth the price!!!!

The free shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return windows already made it a good deal. But what really stood out to me was the early access to deals — I used it when buying my Dell desktop and saved money right away. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership basically pays for itself. I also like knowing I can get help faster with Geek Squad if I ever need it. Highly recommend the membership if you’re buying electronics or big-ticket items — especially computers or TVs.

I have been a Best Buy total Tec Support client for about a decade. So has my wife. This allows us to regularly get our laptops serviced while at home by Geek Squad agents. They always do a great job. We are quite happy and recommend it to others.

Lifesaver of an Insurance Program! So many benefits that when I bought my laptop and dual dash cam and had both setup & installed, membership nearly paid for itself for first year. Definitely worth a look and serious consideration.

So far I haven't had to use the protection but worth it. One of my previous sets went out a month after our warrantee and was almost cheaper to buy a new one than them fix the other set.

Having trouble with a PC restart, I made an appointment with Geek Squad. I had worked on it for hours, and the Tech fixed it in, seriously, seconds. Since we have computers, phones and TVs, it was a no-brainer to go Total. When we purchased a TV, after our old one died, we bought one from Best Buy, at a very nice discount, and it was delivered in 2 days to our house, and brought in to where it would be installed. I also brought my phone in because it was being jammed up by Gemini, and the Tech fixed that in minutes. "Best buy" we have made in years!

Worth the price. The value is represented in pricing, warranty, and excellent tech support, I am very pleased with the benefits of membership.

The Geek Squad is very thorough and helpful. People at front door are polite and friendly. Cashiers need work to engage with person in front of them not coworkers that’s for later. Very clean and nice store. God bless you all!

This membership paid for itself in one visit. The Squad called me numerous times with updates. The job was done in a timely manner. The best part, is the peace of mind having this membership gives me.

This has been very useful. I am tech savvy, but I don't have room for all of the tools I used to have. These guys have taken care of all of our systems and they have done a really good job. I like having this available to me.

So far I've been treated well and my computer does what it needs to do and much more. I am looing for a class to help me learn to make the best use of its capabilities. Best Buy's staff says they don't presently offer these.
