I like the ease of contacting Best Buy and letting them handle the logistics and answer all my questions. Free delivery and installation is also a huge plus. If I need a repair they handle the appointment setting and the cost is covered! Easy and way less stressful than having to do it all myself.

I am very pleased with the membership because when I have a problem the geek squad is there to help me with it. They have been extremely patient with me because I am technically challenge and have nobody to help me because I live alone.

Thank goodness I have not had to use it yet, but receiving the discounts beforehand and getting the extra options with the plan helps immensely. I just renewed it and will keep on renewing it as long as I buy as much stuff as I do from Best Buy.

The membership is worth its price, you get good deals and even so the service is always its best when having any items handled. I hadn't had any complaints in my time with best buy and thier membership adds to how great the service can be.
