Its a good value, a lot corporate cut backs, just you will only get rhe bare minimum

My membership has been invaluable to me. They have helped me through four different computers. They have cleaned, serviced, programmed, and demolished (at my request) my computers. If I have questions, they are answered cheerfully.

Happy to have the added assurance of the extended warranty for my new computer system, and the support of the Geek Squad

The way it’s done now makes it easy just to buy things in store and know that it’s already covered. Product easy to find in the system and since I only buy my electronics here, once something is needing attention I make an appointment or just swing in and it’s done.

So glad I purchased the membership to Geek Squad. I no longer have to find someone to help with my device. Everyone was so helpful.

Having faced a crisis on a PC repair I weighed the options of what it would cost without the warranty versus the membership and it was a simple decision to go forward. I'm glad I did. I just used the geek squad for the very first time and they did an extraordinary job repairing a precious business asset that had been corrupted via updates. I'm looking forward to use the membership for other reasons now but in retrospect I'm happy I'm a member.

I enjoy having Best Buy total membership I have had to use the insurance on some items and received great service in being able to replace the items. 200 dollars seems like a lot but can be beneficial in the long run. including the head start on Best Buy deals and credit card offers. I have personally recommended my friends and family to sign up if they do or plan to shop at Best Buy.

The sound is perfect. Best system I've had in awhile. The wireless speakers are the best.

I am not very tech savvy, so it is a great relief to call the Best Buy Total Geek Squad to assist with my tech. You also get perks on purchases & and warranty with product for 2 years. I have been a Total member since 2018 & they have helped me out a lot.

I have had to have 2 older laptops backed up to portable hard drives. I have had to send out a 4 year old damaged computer and an old insertable hard drive to see if any data could be captured. I had to pay for the shipping to & from. I was able to recycle a much older laptop at the Best Buy store. I still have to ask about recycling the damaged laptop. I would have been given a discount if I went ahead with recovery and repair of my damage computer, but instead bought a new computer. I received some discount when buying a new laptop and another portable hard drive. I have also received answers to several questions about my computers and what could be done or not done. So, in the past month I have received a great deal of value with the Total Protection Package which I only used maybe once a year several years ago.

It’s been a great benefit that was offered by Best Buy, love the access to Geek Squad & early offers on some of the best electronics

Easy to use service for product warranty. Records maintained with account so no need to manage receipts.

We debated at first purchasing this but when we thought about it and all the stuff that could happen when you have kids in college and using devises that they will need for the next couple of years it pays off just in case something happens

Really working well. Weve purchased a dishwasher, mictowave, ipad and refrigerator. All seemless. It even included a no cost exchange of a new frig. Amazing. Recommend highly.

The membership is a great value. I have the warranty where they will repair or replace certain items. The cost is not that bad because it’s spread out over a few months. That makes it very reasonable and affordable,
