We debated at first purchasing this but when we thought about it and all the stuff that could happen when you have kids in college and using devises that they will need for the next couple of years it pays off just in case something happens

Really working well. Weve purchased a dishwasher, mictowave, ipad and refrigerator. All seemless. It even included a no cost exchange of a new frig. Amazing. Recommend highly.

I’m a big fan of the Total Membership. I have experienced a failure of headphones and a Blu Ray player. All of which were replaced promptly. Also I bought some higher end audio and tv equipment and with that their installation services. I would rate that top notch and very helpful with follow up calls and visits.

We have had this membership plan in the past. It is such a peace of mind, knowing that if something goes wrong Best Buy will be there to help. It is worth every penny.

I thought having the membership would prevent me from having to run to the store every time there was an issue. But the first time I called the response was bring your computer in to the store. So we’ll see how it goes from here on out.

Took in my laptop for a checkup since it was running slow & had some malware. Geek Squad discovered a bad hard drive, replaced it with new one they had in stock. Laptop now loads faster than when it was new and got rid of a lot of bloatware. Thanks U-Guys.
