Excellent service, advice, and most importantly, explanations and patience. Unless you're a hardware and software expert, this is a great investment in personal sanity!

The Membership is good, but the agent was rude when I picked up my computer. I did not remember the color of my computer, and it took them a long time to find it. And when I want to make sure it work. he said my 20 minutes were up. This was the 2nd time that I brought in the computer, and the 1st time they told me it was good, but it was not. I am in a customer service business and would never treat a customer loke that/

This membership gives you the ability to have a full team of Geeks at your disposal. As well it allows you to price match items and save. For someone like me who already chooses at what I think are the best times, even I have saved almost a hundred in only 3 months!

Definitely worth the price. It pays for it self in the long run. So glad we have it. Has Definitely saved us with geek squad more than once. If your and avid gamer or just getting appliances add this because you never know what might happen. We have had ours for 3 years now and wish we got it a long time ago.
