This membership gives you the ability to have a full team of Geeks at your disposal. As well it allows you to price match items and save. For someone like me who already chooses at what I think are the best times, even I have saved almost a hundred in only 3 months!

Definitely worth the price. It pays for it self in the long run. So glad we have it. Has Definitely saved us with geek squad more than once. If your and avid gamer or just getting appliances add this because you never know what might happen. We have had ours for 3 years now and wish we got it a long time ago.

Without an appointment you cannot get any work done. You must make an appointment and make another trip back to the store. How can you call that customer service. When my annual service contract runs out so will I.
