The only reason why I didn’t give a five star rating was that it was impossible to contact the geek squad through an AI telephone system that is obnoxious and actually insulting. There are many times when it’s necessary to not spend three hours trying to discuss something with the repairman. The Geek Squad deserves a five stars rating.

I really enjoyed this membership. Don't have to figure it out on my own, I have opportunity to focus elsewhere.

I signed up for Best Buy’s Total Plan, and it’s been completely worth it. The biggest benefit for me has been the extended warranty and protection. it gives me peace of mind knowing my devices are covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. On top of that, the free Geek Squad support is super helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help setting something up, I’ve been able to get quick and reliable assistance.

This really helped with a laptop repair and essentially paid for itself.

This membership is a great value to have for my household. And a customer service is excellent.

I use Best Buy for all of my computer needs and to purchase a cell phone. I know I am getting a product that is reliable and at a reasonable price. With Best Buy Protection I also have the added protection when needed.

This membership is worth every penny. Especially if you want a peace of mind and not having to figure out issues alone. I love it so what are you waiting for believe me it’s worth it when something breaks.

I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.

Excellent membership. So many advantages with the membership. Allows for worry free purchases on all items, knowing that the membership provides full support with any issues.

Having coverage on our appliances is a blessing as when something goes out it normally cost an arm and a leg to repair where we just have to buy a new one so this coverage has been great to have and I have used it with a washing machine and ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket.

Because sit is annual sometimes it feels a little costly. But because I try to buy all my gear through bestbuy anyway I always know it is covered every time.

This membership is valuable because help is available for numerous types of problems that we are unable to solve ourselves.

I could never again be without Totaltech. Someone like me who barely stumbles around with technology, yet cannot live without it needs Totaltech. To be honest, I haven't had to have their help ALL that much, but the peace of mind it gives me is worth EVERY PENNY !!! They are NICE and helpful and will answer the simplest questions right down to help with my mp3 (which I still can't use good, but I know who to call.) I've been hacked more than once and they have fixed the problem, saving me a LOT of money by the scammer. Thank you, Totaltech!

Absolutely worth it in my opinion and I have recommended the membership to several friends of mine who are either getting a new apartment or are gamers, this membership has helped me a lot and almost in the first month, I had already gotten a lot of savings, I hope they keep this membership going & keep updating it with more benefits.

I have used the technical troubleshooting part and that person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Discounts are a plus.
