This is great as it provides you with guarantee for all purchases and the service has been excellent! For the full year Best Buy has never let me down either by getting great customer service in the store or by chat or by phone the team have been fantastic. I would love to renew but $180 is quite expensive. I’m still contemplating renewal but I cannot fault this membership and service.

A great value with great perks. Geek squad is awesome. I have used them for ally laptops over the years. I cancelled my membership once snd regretted it. So I signed up again.

Honestly, if you can afford it, it's worth it once you do like, one sale on a large item and one Geek Squad service. My computer had a severe issue that rendered it almost useless but they fixed it and the cost of membership was way less than the services they had to do for it, and the rest of the year was full of decent sales.

We purchased the Best Buy Total membership when my computer crashed. The customer service I have received is absolutely the best. Titus explained everything to me in terms I understood. Unfortunately, my computer was unfixable but he was able to get some information on a flash drive. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Membership has proven to be very beneficial even in the first month of purchase. We have saved money on Geek Squad services to 2 Lenovo computers which has more than compensated for the membership cost. Love the quick and prompt service given to members throughout the store.

Best Buy Total is always there when I need it. I can exchange messages, talk on the telephone and hand over control of the computer to a tech so they can see the problem themself. I'm covered on all bases.

Would not have been able to utilize our new purchase without access to this membership. Although, there was not much of a choice if we didn't purchase it because we would have had to figure it out on our own not knowing what to do. Purchasing was a no brainer

This membership it totally worth the price. We buy most of our house appliances through BestBuy, and let all face it, sometimes the items we buy don't cut it. This plan allows us to swap to a different item within a certain timeframe, even if we just don't like it. I was also very happy with the current NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV Promo with having this membership.

Makes sense if you like Best Buy because everything we buy is ultimately protected. Also, you get preferred pricing when you buy products!

I have only used the product once but was satisfied with that experience. The downside is that it is expensive.

Worth every penny. Could not solve an issue that brought my old laptop to a halt. All my hardrive memory was used up but could not figure what was causing that. It forced me to buy thiss new laptop and the rep recommending buying the Total Membership. Well I bought it in and within 10 min the Geek Squard found the issue and restored 100 gig of memory. I can use my old laptop now.

I havent had to use this yet. But it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s there. I have had very good experiences with customer service when I have called.

This membership is a great opportunity and value, especially having the geek squad. I have used them several times and they were wonderful.

I purchase everything electronic from best buy and when sowmthing happens have no worries that they will make it right or fix it
