This membership is a great opportunity and value, especially having the geek squad. I have used them several times and they were wonderful.

I purchase everything electronic from best buy and when sowmthing happens have no worries that they will make it right or fix it

I'm a Best Buy Elite member because I purchase so many products from Best Buy every year and was a member of the original Best Buy Total Tech Support program. When totaltech was rolled out, I was immediately upgraded to this from the original Total Tech Support and it seemed like a good deal. Given how many products I purchase from Best Buy every year, I normally get a Geek Squad Protection Plan on most of my product purchases. Totaltech offers this by default which is great but you had to keep the totaltech membership on a continual basis which costs $199.99 per year. Furthermore, you have to pay a dedutible which varies depending on the item if you need to claim any kind of repair or service on top of the $199.99 per year membership fee. Personally, I don't intend to use most of the services offered by totaltech and I felt that it would cost more long-term than purchasing individual geek squad protection plans on select products. Also, I felt it's more costly too because of the deductible you would have to pay to have an item repaired under the program whereas there is NO deductible if you have a traditional geek squad protection plan. IMO, I don't recommend this membership!

Membership is a great value, especially if your knowledge of computers is limited. I can call anytime and get help solving a computer issue.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I found something I was looking for that was significantly more affordable as a result of being a member. Simply put, I am grateful.

Great deal. Geek Squad came out & set up our Lorex security system making sure all 8 cameras worked & were hooked up to our cells & nvr recording system. We took computer & laptops in for efficient help !!

Worth the yearly fee when u have problems. Tech fixed issue after I called HP first & not Best Buy. Got scammed & had to change my bank accounts too. Thank you for the knowlege to fix any issue with printer & laptop. Once again, Best Buy has the Best service.

The Best Buy membership program is absolutely worth it. The free shipping, exclusive discounts, and extended return windows make shopping so much easier and more affordable. On top of that, the added protection and support give real peace of mind with every purchase. I recommend this membership to anyone who isn’t signed up yet. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the savings and convenience more than pay for themselves.

This saved me replacing my tv at cost when my tv broke. Plus, I buy Apple products and AppleCare is included in the price. For me, that’s a no brainer.

The GEEK SQUAD never disappoints us when we need them! Computer viruses are taken care of quickly and any other problems we’ve had with our computers or iPads have been sufficiently taken care of. The techs are awesome and very helpful.

The exclusive member prices are great, and the 60-day return window gives me plenty of time to really test out new products. Definitely worth the yearly cost.
