I was skeptical about making this purchase because I wasn’t sure if I needed it. However, after getting two new MacBooks and two new Apple iPhones, this Service has given me plenty of peace and security. I have been able to have all my data transferred from my old computers to my new computers, and my old phones to my new phones flawlessly. The geek squad Members which I have dealt with have been nothing less than amazing. They have impressed me significantly with their knowledge of these Apple products. Everything I have asked for was performed quickly, and the results have been perfect. It has given me a huge sense of peace, knowing that none of my data has been lost. Also, they are kind enough to show me some basic steps to increase my knowledge of the software I am now using.

Bought a new phone. The sales person did a great job except he didn’t change my address after I told him I didn’t live in Somerset anymore. He added the new address and didn’t delete the Somerset address. Some of my packages went to Somerset.

I joined because I had a problem. I was hacked and my computer froze. Geek Squad fif a quick review and assured they could fix. They called me the next day and everything was fixed. I am happy that I sought their help
