Drake was so extremely helpful in educating my husband and me about the benefits of Total membership including the warranty and support services. We have purchased multiple appliances and several entertainment pieces with him.

No problems I love it. It dries heavily loads quicker than I thought it would. Easy to use and settings are easy. My teenager has no problem with doing their own laundry and using the dryer efficiently. Easy on my gas bill. Quiet while in use and notification bell when dryer is done. We use permipress cycle and never have to iron.

This item pays for itself on the 1st item that breaks. It gives you free protection on your items no matter the issue.

Membership gives me piece of mind that I always have someone on my side. From the simple thinks like smart phonexset uo to more complex issues like computer problems..I can walk in and problem solved

This is great. Especially if you have multiple purchases at Best Buy, as it gives all of your items a great warranty.

Once the first membership was available I signed up for it and I have kept renewing every year. This membership is a no-brainer if you buy electronics. Instead of buying them from Amazon or other retailers, I have switched to Best Buy only for nearly every electronic I purchase. Buying AirPods Pro 2nd gen? Free Apple Care for 2 years. Buying an iPad? Free Apple Care for 2 years. I bought a brand new M2 Max 16" MacBook Pro in 2023, 2 years of Apple Care for free. Bought a GE Cafe Fridge, 2 years of coverage for free. It just makes sense to buy this membership. The MacBook Pro and the Cafe Fridge were expensive items and to have 2 years of free coverage is worth the yearly fee and I pay for the highest available membership. There are also Membership deals offered. I bought an LG OLED TV last year, original price was $1,300 and I got it for $548 I believe. Soon as I saw that deal I bought the TV and got 2 years of coverage. When newly released items like any RTX Graphics cards, PS5s, etc. are released, there is an opportunity for Best Buy Total members to get on the waiting list before non-members. I plan on taking advantage of this with any new consoles released and the RTX 50 series cards when they are released. Just buy the membership already, you won't be disappointed!!

My desktop got a virus and i took it to best buy and they solved the problem and i did not have to pay anything because i purchased this memebership other than that inhave not explored the benefits but to my knowledge it covers everything you buy at best buy.

This membership is a great value. Best Buy transferred my data from more than one computer toy new one. When i had a problem with one of the older ones the Geek Squad was able to fix right away with a phone call.

I appreciate the membership as I use it at least 3 times a year. Whether it’s laptop or PC diagnostics, this membership is worth getting after your first repair. If you would get someone to do it for you or an actual computer company, you would absolutely pay double or triple the first time in comparison to the one time membership. I appreciate this service!

This plan is something i make sure I always have on hand, great if you need a tv hung on the wall, something fixed, this covers it all!

I was having an issue with my phone - constant ads. I came to BestBuy and the gentleman at the service dest eliminated my issue in about 15 minutes. I was so worried about not having a working phone, because i was leaving the country in a day or so. Wonderful work done by him.
