I love the peace of mind i get from being a greek sqad member. I don't have to worry about anything with my computer because i know once i brung it, it will be fixed.

the membership with the geek squad plan was helpful. after we got it home ad ware popped up .not sure if it came from transfer from old system. geek squad cleaned it up. the price came down a bit and we got some refund.

Haven't had to use yet but its good to know I have it protected.

The Geek Squad is our best friend and interpreter as we do not speak or understand the language of technology! Do not depend on youngsters when your device is driving you nuts as experience does count.

I joined the best Buy Total membership because the agents in the store assisted me several times with things I had purchased at the store. Each time my problem was resolved thru the item warranty. Recently with an item I did not buy at Best Buy the Geek Squad helped me understand how it works and explained to me how the member plan worked in detail.

Best thing I ever gotten, I have so many accidents with my devices that without this I don't know how I would afford the repairs.
