I’m an older guy and while I used to be tech savvy, I’m not anymore. Best Buy Total Tech is worth the peace of mind, and when I have a problem, have found support truly helpful, both in person and online.

I really love the Best Buy Total membership. Having protection included on everything I purchase gives me peace of mind, and whenever I’ve had an issue, getting it replaced has never been a problem. The process has always been smooth.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Greek Squad support are excellent.I also, cherish the peace of mind of getting protection plans on all my Investments!

I didn't know this service existed. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to figure out why I had no sound. The service person explained the benefits of having the Service Membership, and it seemed a perfect fit for my needs. By the way. The person at the service desk was wonderful. She was very busy with customers, but kept her cool under pressure and seemed to satisfy everyone's needs. I was very happy with my first interaction with Best Buy

As a Senior citizen, this membership is a big help! Since retiring, technology has progressed very rapidly and I appreciate being able to pick the brains of the “Geeks,” Add to that, the member prices and unlimited Geek Squad support are reassuring!

I felt I would benefit from the Best Buy membership. I have actually used it and it was worth the cost, The Geek Squad was able to solve my issue with minimal input from me, and I've had no further issues. I would recommend this purchase.

Absolutely love the membership. It catches all your purchases. You get points notifications on product sales a protection plan and discounts. How can you not pass up this plan it is so worth it! It has been a year or so since I bought the Geek Squad package and the changes are stark. I received a protection package in the past that scanned and protected my computers. The troubleshooting and repair was for up to three devices and didn’t cost more than the membership. Certainly not the same thing anymore. Looks like there might be a slight discount on some unnamed items on occasion, but only a discount on fixing problems. Plus, the cost increased significantly.

I am very happy that I paid for the Best Buy Total to have me new laptop set up by the Geek Squad. They copied everything I needed from my old laptop to the new one, making the transition very easy for me. When I needed help trying to load another program a few days after bringing it home, I easily made an appointment and got the help I needed. While it has been helpful so far, it cost much more than I was expecting because it is for a whole year. I do not anticipate needing help with the laptop again, as it is new. I would have liked an option to just pay to have the computer setup done without being obligated to purchase the whole "package".

After paying its renewal price when you've qualified for its card and perks within, its when you have to use its benefits to keep your purchase in good working condition as a in store warranty its not too bad.

As I am not a "techie" it was great to have delivery and installation which included a 2nd visit due to sound issues and both techs were knowledgeable and helped me with working with the equipment . FYI: Before paying to have them dispose of old equipment for a fee, check with your local trash service - it may be a free service.

They fixed my sons computer and save me like 250 bucks. So my son’s pretty tech savvy but after multiple attempts, we were unable to correct air and Best Buy had it done the next day.

I feel that the membership is worth every dollar, especially if you buy electronic product often. I have purchased appliance, game consoles, monitors and computers many times. Never have any issues with warranty stuff. Geek Squad has always been professional and helpful.

Being a Best Buy total member comes with a lot of perks. I purchase a lot of items from Best Buy for that purpose alone because I am paying for a service. I do wish the cost was a little less pricey, but it still protects me for 2 years on all the products that I purchase. and I have used the geek squad a few times so that’s been great.
