I reached out to rhe real Geek Squad and they searched my devices and uploaded software to help any future breeches. As an elderly person I know we are targeted by scammers. I feel safe due to what Geek Squad implemented on my devices.

Best Buy Total Membership gives you peace of mind for all your purchases, particularly for my top end HP laptop that I need dependable. The technological support by the Geek Squad is incredible and very friendly. They never give up. I had an IPad that started acting up, I tried to fix it from information on the web, then took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad who tried different things. Then I know for certain it was time to buy a new one for a competitive price. I hate to spend money unnecessarily. Best Buy gave me the confidence to get new one.

Even Apple products are covered under the Total membership, no need to pay for the Apple Care. I'm very happy they offer this membership to protect all of my purchases, large or small. I have not had a membership for years. My lab too had been hacked even with and through Ma Caffe. Thinks we’re being translated into Spanish and sent to hackers. For instance, an order to Amazon would have been sent there. I’ve was also kicked out of a zoom call when this first occurred. It is very scary! The laptop was cleaned and is back to use. Thx.

Becoming a member was a good decision. Anytime that I have a problem with my computer or other device the Geek Squad is always there. They are honest and do not try to force you to buy anything additional. My only complaint is that the store does not have a dedicated telephone line that you can call to make appointments.

Been great! Multiple laptop problems fixed and my electronic and computer items have 2 year warrantees. Found some great prices on electronic gear. Got a Best Buy brand Apple Pencil for a lot cheaper than the manufacturer brand and it works great, easier charging, and simple on/off.

I love the service and the deals available as a total member, however, I don’t get a chance to use them enough! They come across with so many deals and service capabilities, that I am not able to take advantage of it. I’d like to. Worth the money, however. Especially if you’re going to have a new TV mounted and wired.

I have needed help and service from the geek squad and the team is very nice and helpful. They solved my problems promptly, and with ease. I recommend being a member with Best Buy. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy and I love the selection, member pricing and promotions they offer.

It has honestly paid for itself time and time again. Got it when I got my monitors and soon after my computer (that I didn't buy from BestBuy) needed repairs and service. I was able to bring in the parts, they worked on it, and I got my computer back within a few days. Will always recommend BestBuy Total to my streaming friends.

We’ve had this membership for several years, and we’ve used it in various ways on numerous occasions: to get computer support over the phone, computer and tablet support in person, to buy electronics and appliances, etc. The benefits outweigh the cost. We plan to continue our membership. If you have phones, tablets, computers, appliances, you’ll benefit from this plan. Also, you get a 2-year warranty with such products you purchase from Best Buy.

Always useful to have this membership. Whenever I purchase anything it always comes with warranty and protection. When my PC was having problems took it to Geek Squad and they were able to fix my computer with no issues. Overall highly recommend if you buy a lot of electronics cause the membership pays for itself.

I bought my membership because it was the cheaper option compared to the cost of a non-covered Geek Squad trip. However, since having it, I feel like every purchase I make with my Best Buy Total membership is a deal. I’m always surprised with random discounts and I’m happy for it. While I’m generally a self-sufficient consumer and I am careful with my tech, it’s nice knowing that for the next year that I own this membership, I can count on Best Buy Geek Squad to work on something if I’m in a pinch for time with my own projects and work. The membership is a little bit pricy, but if you shop here plenty, you will get back what you paid in discounts.

The BB Total membership is a great service particularly if your buying a laptop. Within 16 days of ownership, they have done a data transfer & 3 software installs which means I MORE than recovered the cost of this service. Some of these software installs are not user friendly...they take the trepidation out of those actions.

If you buy things from BestBuy often, this membership is a great deal. Access to warranties and support for one annual payment is convenient. As someone who prefers to see things before buying them, rather than dealing with deliveries/returns, it is nice to be able to take things back to the store to get help or replacements.

I’ve waited to purchase a drone for years but finally got this one. When it first came I got a return with missing pieces but the store was super helpful in rectifying the error and two days later a new one came. The app is kind of trash like it was rushed with numerous simple spelling errors like cornected instead of connected cancle instead of cancel. Same with the manual, I have to go back to the store because after two hours of flight which was awesome to fly the camera gimble won’t recalibrate. Haven’t crashed or had hard landing so this sucks but still love having a drone. Only bought this one because bestbuy has zero drones with obstacle avoidance as an option. The front legs are longer than the rear which seems odd, why not have the rear the same length for LEVEL landing.

I had to have my computer cleaned of threats. It was all done on line. No need for a phone call even. The process was quick and easy. I bought the membership as added insurance against any future problems. well spent money for the peace of mind and added discounts and benefits that are all part of the membership. Worth more than a five star rating!
