For the yearly fee I would like all products to stay on indefinitely. Good idea but the use of the warranty only last approximately 3 years. So if you have not brought any new products the warranty automatically renews and you’ll be paying for nothing. Would only recommend if you can keep use of it

Best Buy Technical Support is good but it is typically a "2-step" process having to talk to Agent #1 and then being transferred to another agent (Agent #2) and sometimes the wait time is long -- over 15 minutes. I am disappointed in the price of the item which doubled in cost a few years ago.

This membership is worth every penny. Geek squad support is a life saver. Free install on purchases is also a plus.
