I tend to forget I have this insurance on all of my purchases at BestBuy from a mouse to my new washing machine. The purchases are automatically put under my warrantee. Even when i try to add a warrantee it doesn't go through and I get a reminder that it is already covered.

This membership really helped me save money when building my computer. I ran into a couple issues and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me within just a few days. Would seriously recommend because of its great value.

Initially this was for 1 pc issue. About a week later, i brought it up to my sister, who then asked if everyone in the family could get everything fixed under my membership. I hadn't even thought about that. I got a couple of different things from my parents, and then my siblings diagnosed. It was great. Everything couldnt be fixed, but they were able to tell me everything that was wrong and were able to handle a few themselves.

I feel I have really gotten the value out of this since I upgraded to this one. We are an "electronics" house and there always seems to be a special deal that is applicable to someone in the household. Thanks BB!

It is a very good deal for what you get. Since the laptop I got was pretty pricy, it makes me feel more comfortable using the laptop and not worrying about what would happen if something happened to it.

the membership used to be a real value however, unfortunately,now you’ve changed your free shipping and the benefits for return. Starting this year, I’m going to have to reevaluate the value that this company seems to put in to their royal customers.
