I joined for the support benefits provided as I purchased a new laptop with a new operating system. They moved over all my files from my old laptop to the new laptop, installed additional programs required, and will provide support going forward.

My Best Buy Total membership is invaluable! I had significant savings when I brought my old laptop in to get fixed. When I learned my old laptop couldn’t be fixed, the membership helped me get my new laptop setup with a data transfer.

I recently purchased an open box TV and because of the original replacement price, the 2 year insurance would have been over $400. The salesman convinced me to purchase the total membership plan and now it is covered. I would suggest that everyone who purchases a computer or TV at Best Buy take this plan.
