Disappointed

Couldn’t be further from what I expected. I bought a laptop and new computer 3 months ago. Asked for my old files and apps to be loaded. After 3 weeks my laptop wouldn’t load outlook, so new without email. On my desk top my email is functional, however my old files landed in some kind of different account setup. Still fighting that.
