I recently had a new refrigerator delivered and installed, and the Geek Squad technicians were professional and efficient. I've also used the membership for tech support a few times. The Geek Squad technicians have been very helpful and knowledgeable, and they've been able to solve my problems quickly and easily. The membership also includes extended warranties on eligible products. This has saved me a lot of money on repairs. We have entered an era of retail that is online driven and full of unknown quality and service. This plan gives me the exact opposite shopping experience. I've received more out of this total membership than any other subscription I have ever had. With over $8000 of appliances, tvs, electronics, games, and lights covered under the total protection plan, almost my entire house is covered. Just last week, I was able to utilize my protection plan on a faulty baby monitor that allowed me to receive full compensation 6 months after the initial purchase. When my plan comes to a close there's no doubt in my mind that I'm going to renew with no hesitation. A+ program
