Sorry to go
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The individual attempting to assist was polite and courteous, I truly believe it was her intention to provide good customer service. While all my interactions inside of the store fronts have been excellent, resulting in cell phone, washer/dryer, geek squad and other purchases, the online, phone center, contacts have been absolutely terrible. Questions are answered that weren't even asked, while the questions asked remain unanswered. It's as if there is a check list of information that is required to be disseminated during each call whether it pertains to the topic at hand or not. Simple yes or no responses seem to be not allowed. The last conversation, along with the reduction in services provided by the membership, pushed me over the wall in willingness to put up with the caca necessary to continue the membership

Total membership is not worth buying.

The premium designers are really not very good and no longer come out to your house to help you pick out the right items for your purchase. Installation of your new products used to be free but now the charges are much too expensive to warrant using Best Buy.
