He showed me other television options also. He was really positive and willing to share his knowledge so that I could make an informed and comfortable decision. As a side note, a week before, my daughter purchased a microwave oven with the assistance of Denzel! Thank you, Best Buy. Denzel's assistance reminded me of why I am a happy, on-going Best Buy customer.
