cost is too higher. higher cost less service covered.

New best buy total is ok but not exceptional like it used to be.The previous plan was more helpful for elderly and people with disability like me had free installation services which are not available in the new plan.So best buy need to review their bad new total plan

There will definitely not be a continuation of this service never been so disappointed in the incompetency of the service that was provided or not provided as the case may be

I do not use service much. I called for help on EERO Setup and the person I had was absolutely clueless. This will be my last year.

If you intend on spending a ton of money each year on appliances, just to get free delivery and to find out that your extended warranty that comes with the Total tech Yearly fee simply isn't worth spending the money. My opinion only.

Worst buy from Best Buy. When you try to use it you find that the service or item your concerned with "just happens to be in the excluded from service" list.

The item was fine the delivery tracker and seibe were not as expected. I jad ronreachbiit multiple times to confirm delibery and it finally was delivered at 6:45 PM when the estimated time was 2 to 6 PM

I called BestBuy and told them I didn’t cancel my total tech membership but they cancelled anyway. I’m not a happy member

i signed up two years ago knowing i wanted a stereo install, when i was ready, they never followed up on a estimate, I'm wondering why i have this service

I don't like the way they raised the price and then a year without telling that they won't do in home service.

Was a great value for five years, particularly for home repairs and discounts like TV wall mounting, although I rarely used the warranty. Considering canceling once my items are out of warranty.
