I hadn't used my laptop much for a few months. Opened it & nothing. Literally nothing happened. No screen saver, nothing. Straight to Best Buy I went. The techies, geek squad ...whatever you'd like to call them saved my laptop & me. I use that laptop a lot now & have no problem paying for the yearly But Total membership. Thank you

Love the member. I recently purchased a laptop. The staff from the Geek Squad was excellent. The loaded the required software, transferred data and files, and educated me on the new features in the new laptop. Because I had Total membership I didn’t have to pay anything extra. The experience was seamless and the staff very professional. I’d recommend Total membership to everyone!

This membership is well worth the value for me. Anytime I have an issue with my electronics a Best Buy tech comes out and takes care of the problem and my equipment is up and running. I highly recommend having this membership

I have my laptop, iPhone, TV & AC covered. I have used my laptop, & cell phone for service. It has been quick, yet detailed. The employees are professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied!

The tv is the perfect size for my living room. It’s a Roku so I don’t need cable anymore. I can stream from my memberships and local channels. Technology scares me but this is great!

Have been enrolled in Total Tech membership for several years. Geek squad are super helpful and knowledgeable. I like that all my Best Buy purchases are serviceable.

Good so far allways there when you need it.. from computer to all electronics that i have.. a necessity as far as im concerned.. I buy TV only at Best buy..

This membership is fabulous! I would never go one year without it! My husband recently passed into Heaven, & he was my go to Tech person. We've had this membership for many years & would never go without it! The peace of mind it offers is worth every penny, & we LOVE the Geek Squad guys, too! They've become our buddies!

This is great product you get total tech support can fix your computer on line or you can take it in and get fast service and they get it right the first time

By and large I'm wary of add on purchases but I've had this total protection program (aka Geek Squad) for years now and it's been invaluable. They have helped me with cell phones, laptops and more- whether purchased at Best Buy or not and I think I've got more value for my money. It's a capability that sets Best Buy apart from other sellers.

I absolutely LOVE the Geek Squad support and used it often on-line, in-house, and in-store over MANY years. I've never been led astray and they answer my questions and fix my computer to my satisfaction. The on-line chat is very easy to use. Sometimes, I have gotten someone who I had difficulty understanding but is merely a minor frustration compared to all the positives.

Really good value for guys like me that have bee away from technology for a few years. The help is there when I need it.
