This membership its worth it. I buy a vacuum long time and recently got broken so i went and get a new one and the cashier start a conversation about how good this vacuums are so i tell her i have mine for over 2 years already and she asked me if i buy the vacuum with them i tell her yes i did so she tell me why you dont bring it back and check if they can fixed for you or replace it so i did and t h ey said no it can't be fix but they replace for a new one completely new i was like omg!! I cant believe other companies sale insurance on some items and you have to call over 100 times and they never do anything and this one i dont even need to call no body

One of the employee from geek squad recommend me getting the membership that way it’ll saved me the labor parts that they’ll order incase of they break it. Signed up, able to fix my HP Laptop and to the newest Win 11 Pro. Will come back for them to fix my old MacBook Pro!

Great services and nice staff. Except for Apple devices since my store is close to an Apple Store . I must sent my devices to the Apple Store instead of going here. Unless that’s what I was told (or understood) other than that for any other purchase this is really worth it.

i've had to use my membership to replace a countertop icemaker and the process of returning was super easy. i really like that all new purchases are covered under the Total membership warranty as long as you renew each year.

The My Best Buy Total is great they come to your home and the technician do a great job they make sure that they fix the issue

The discounts are good to have for sure and obviously the free shipping , there is also a much overlooked included perk which is the two years of damage protection for purchases made while a member ( just remember that must be an active payed up member and you’ll be ok ) . Consider that if you purchased two to three $300-$400 dollar items per year the membership protection is cheaper then the individual coverage plans , definitely a win
