Too many visits to buy, start up computer, Geek Squad was GREAT!

We have been customers for years and always come back to Best Buy. We had a terrible financial loss and had to declare bankruptcy, but, as you can see, we still remain loyal to Best Buy.

Members were super helpful. Very quick and efficient on repair my pc . The membership is definitely worth it and I’ve been recommending it to all my gamer and streamer friends.

It's been great, although a bit for someone behind times. Wish that they had a "tutorial class" for folks over 70 that barely speak the new language. It would certainly cut back on visits.

Worth the price. The first time you need any work done, it pays for itself. Extras are great, too.

This is a Must Have because without it, life is just so frustrating. and Geek Squad people are so good and just the best at fixing what needs to be fixed.

Geek squad is the best, they always fix my computer problems both on the phone and when I bring my computer into the store. They are always polite and have lots of patients with me.

After going home with my new laptop, I discovered it did have e-mail. After 8 trips to the Geek Squad, we found the problem was the old computer was set up with a different phone number which caused a transfer problem. It will be (hopefully) two months before it is all set up. A very disappointing, stressful and time consuming experience.
