Gives bonus more perks for members and friendly staff

I have had their Total membership for years. It has been invaluable to me. They have helped me with many tech issues and also once when I was duped. They help me fix, repair and remove maleware and buy and install better internet security for a great price. I have not had security issues since. Saved me a lot of grief and money over the years. They also provide me peace of mind knowing I have tech support when I need it, discounts and extended warranty on most of my purchases.

I have been a Total Tech Member 3 years since I bought my laptop in Nov 2020 at Best Buy. I love the membership. Yes it is expensive, but I call the Geek Squad at least 6 times or more a year for help. They are curtious, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love that they stay on the phone with you to answer questions. Seems I might call for help on one thing and before I hang up I have learned something else too. I recently learned I can call in once a month for a free clean sweep of my computer to delete back files not needed that would slow down my system. I am disappointed that starting this year they eliminated the free home service. In exchange they dropped the price from $200 to $180. I only needed the home service once after several agents couldn't help with an issue over the phone. I have only come into the store for help once and it was a great experience. I freaked out when I got all kinds of bells and whistles going off on my laptop thinking I was hacked. I called right away and got a same day appointment and had the problem fixed in the store within 2 hours after I called for help. I was not hacked. The agent commended me for doing the right thing and not following the prompts on my laptop screen to call the phone number given. I figured it was a scam. While I was there, the geek squad agent in the store saw my pop up ads and he added the free Ad Block software and no more ads! Great job!

Although pricey, it has been of good use. Getting the computer to recognize my printer, setting up Webroot or my other apps, The Geek Squad & the My Best Buy program has been a godsend. It's like the tech version of AAA+ .

Total tech is a great deal when computer needs help. We greatly appreciate techs being able to take over computer online and fix the problems without having to take product into the store to be fixed.

Best coverage plan! It has saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended. Staff is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Definitely worth the money!

Best way to keep from pulling my hair out was to purchase this Best Buy Total Membership. I purchase this EVERY year and consider it worth every penny. I have used it at 3 or 4 A.M. and the geek saved the morning for me. I have had it for the past 10 or 12 years. It is good insurance for your old purchases and your new ones when you retire your old ones. Love Love Love , I'm not techy, I leave it to them, and they have never let me down. I can use but I can't fix, or trouble shoot...I will never be without it.

I think the membership as well worth the cost because the geek expires available whenever you need them and online support is excellent

For me, the Total membership is totally worth it. Extended waranters have saved me more than once. Computer support, even for the tablet my daughter took with her to college at the Best Buy there. Nothing else needs to be said-but these are our two of the advantages...
