The Geek Squad employee, Nicholas was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also contacted me during the repair process to give me an update on the repair of my laptops.

Geek Squad installation team was great. Customer service beyond them has been horrible. I keep getting routed to Panama - no one has accountability and they promise me call backs with resolutions which never happen. I am in the market for audio equipment for a second home I am purchasing and unfortunately will be forced to shop away from BB
