Best Buy Total is the Best Decision for your products.

I have recouped my membership fee in the services I have received. Setting up new products is a breeze with their service and I love have easy access to the Geek Squad. They saved my sanity when I found I had been scammed and was locked out of my computer. I purchased a new laptop and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting in up for me and then wiping my old laptop so I could give it to my grandson. I have used the phone service when I needed help with my tv. I pick Best Buy for my any new product because I know they will provide my support and service when I need it.

Total is pretty good. I just wish Best Buy itself had more options sometimes. That being said I’ve gotten some good deals via their Total member pricing and the default two year coverage on every item is a nice bonus. Certainly not for everyone though, you really need to buy a lot of tech or games to get your value out of it. If you do that though it’s a nice program and of the two years I’ve had it it’s been pretty good.

I love the that I can have protection on all my purchases for 2 years. Great plan, great value, Geek Squad is awesome and the additional perks, such as DEALS are a plus.

After going home with my new laptop, I discovered it did have e-mail. After 8 trips to the Geek Squad, we found the problem was the old computer was set up with a different phone number which caused a transfer problem. It will be (hopefully) two months before it is all set up. A very disappointing, stressful and time consuming experience.

The total tech package is absolutely phenomenal for frequent Best buy shoppers a definite must have!

So many good things about the Total Tech membership. If you own many electronic devices for personal or business, you need this. Geek Squad has been especially helpful with problems of all sorts. Since I only buy from Best Buy, it is an easy choice every year
