We have continued to keep this membership for a number of years now and have always found it to be beneficial. I'm not sure that we've had a year go by where something of consequence was handled by these folks for free under the program.

We've been members for several years. It seems worth it, but admit we haven't used it much. But with plenty of appliances and electronics, it's probably good to have.

I highly recommend the Best Buy total tech membership. We have been using it for years and it is excellent in time and money saving!

I tend to forget I have this insurance on all of my purchases at BestBuy from a mouse to my new washing machine. The purchases are automatically put under my warrantee. Even when i try to add a warrantee it doesn't go through and I get a reminder that it is already covered.

Excellent experiences for years with the membership benefits more than paying for the cost. Love the access, friendly service and confidence in personnel.

Although I haven't been using a lot, thw times I have it has been a money saver. You never know when are you going to need something to be fix, so, is better to be saved than to be sorry later, for not investing on it.
