I have had the Best Buy total Membership for several years. Great service at at a great price. The best coverage for your computer coverage and any items you buy.

We are baby boomers and not tech=minded but gave written info to explain. We enjoy that we will be able to use in the future if we need info or updates.

Honestly this membership is worth is when it comes to next year definitely going to renew

Had a virus & Geek squad handled it promptly & fixed my computer. Then i purchased 3 items & the extended coverage was free.

The shipped computer arrived damaged and I returned it to the store. They exchanged it quickly with no questions. Great job.

I am a new card member at Best Buy. And I must say, that I totally Love the “My Best Buy Total Membership. I have a newly College Student @ UCSD and before gradating High School. her MAC Book Was stolen. So I had to purchase a new one. Thanks to This Membership, I can add anything she needs interest free and all the perks that come with it. There was no way I could say NO! It is affordable and well worth it. And My Daughter reaps all the benefits!! Love It Barbara Thomas

This membership saved me money when having information on my old laptop transferred to the new one. The price for membership is a little steep, but it's worth the price.

The Geek Squad did and excellent job cleaning my computer of multiple virises and malware. They completed the job ahead of schedule which was highly appreciated.

I really don’t even know what this membership includes. Felt like it was an upsell when I brought my laptop in for maintenance with geek squad. I had an appointment, but still had to wait 30 minutes. I dropped my laptop off to be cleaned up. It took four days. I had to follow up, to see when it was done. Was told that it was going to take longer because two of The employees quit and they were understaffed. My computer is still acting weird so I don’t know that it was fixed at all.
