I love having technical support available whenever I need it. They are very knowledgeable regarding electronics. They listen to your concerns and get the job right the first time around. Yesterday I was so excited I was a member of the Geek squid. I went into the Santana Row store with my computer. I got a message on my computer that I was unauthenticated. They didn't know what that was and they couldn't help me. I'm still looking for someone who can help!
