Unlike other options, the ability to pick and choose what electronic products I would consider, the Geek Squad enables me to address any and all issues.

i have used this before and not real happy BUT this time with the old, new and carrying case....ALL Best Buy folks were BEYOND marvelous...Aaron, Andrew, Anthony...they are the AAA of Best Buy in my book. They ALL are TRUE Assets to this Best Buy

The membership has helped me many times. When we needed a major kitchen appliance it came in very handy. When I had a problem with my computer over the years it came in very very handy. I have never thought of letting it expire because it has always been there to help me with deals that have saved me money and the trouble I would have had if I had to find a way to pick up something that would not fit in my car, and I could not install myself. Yes I like my membership a lot!!

It's great knowing there are tech experts ready to assist. The Hickory Geek Squad is awesome - always find a solution and offer suggestions.

The price keeps increasing and the benefits keep diminishing. Would like to have the benefits you’ve had in years past. Now the only benefit is your computer checking and update. Nothing else. Not even special prices on items purchased at Best Buy or for home services from the Geek Squad. Bummer

Little expensive, but definitely worth it. When you need help with your computer, etc. they're just a phone call away. Always helpful.
