I have had this product for over 12 years and rarely use it. I canceled about a month ago and today I had an issue with some software. Agent Stephanie was beyond stellar in her skills and demeanor, which is why I am resubscribing immediately. Thank you Agent Stephanie and Best Buy!

Membership is a great value and has came in handy several times for me.

This membership is fantastic and I found was well worth the investment. And I have had it for at least 10 years. Saved money having a protection plan on all of the products we purchased and exclusives. Also had some devices we needed work done and the price was reduced.

It may appear to be expensive, I found that I used the service often enough to pay for itself. This is a good value option.

Any concerns I have membership is worth it for service I receive.

The price is high for this service - but - it's also worth it if you are a Best Buy customer who plans to purchase electronics/appliances/gaming/TV/phones etc…. The early notification of upcoming deals & the many deals offered through out the year. Also you’ll get a discount on all purchases. If you plan to buy a new computer; they'll set it up; install programs; transfer files/photos/apps….anything from you old computer(s) to your new one if you have this script. For people who aren’t techy - it’s worth it tenfold. I also love the membership savings & early notification of deals. I already saved over 400$ and my script just renewed in May 24. I can’t wait to see Black Friday membership deals!!

Nice knowing Geek Squad is behind me! It's like insurane! You hope you never need it but it's their if you do!

This membership is the best thing about Best Buy! It is the reason I buy all my other products from them. I know that if anything went wrong with them or any other product in my home, Best Buy's Geek Squad would help me fix it or tell me what I need to do to get it to be fixed.

Best Buy Total Tech has saved me a lot of money over the years.

We have had Best Buy Total membership for many years. We had a fire and had to replace all of the appliances but one. Our new stove[we have to cook a lot because of allergies] died in less than a year's time(electronic side of the gas stove), and we got the credit for it and bought a different model. I used the difference they gave us on a card to replace the last one that survived the fire, as it was dying(over ten yr old!). I strongly recommend their Total membership, as we have had electronics and appliances from them for years. They cover most things that go wrong, and charge less than most if it needs serious repairs. The added bonus is a 10% discount off anything you purchase there as a member. That helped us a lot when we had to replace so much all at once!!! It also gives coupons off toward different items at different times of the year.

I have been super-pleased with my best buy membership on items purchased, installations, access to geek squad by phone or in-person, etc. Today was my first disappointment when my induction cooktop was delivered and installation refused because they didn't want liability for removing existing gas cooktop. we had had electrical capacity installed which was only requirement that had been communicated from prior geek squad on-site visit. The gentlemen delivering refused to take out the current gas unit.

Good value if you have more than one item under this membership plan.

This membership is a great value. Unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Several ways of personal help. We use our membership benefits all the time. We love it!!
