I didn't have this when one of my first laptops crashed, and I lost pretty much everything on the device. But, Geek Squad got me a back-up device and the insurance afforded by the Membership, which has provided me with a feeling of security. Especially with student loans and rent to pay. Tech can be integral to the day and thus can be very stress-inducing if/when it doesn't work. Now, I don't worry about the tech not working AND the financial ramifications when that's the case, I just think: pivot the schedule and device. The Geek Squad has me covered and will get me back up and running easy peasy. It's not a big deal. Way better than what it was with my first crash. I am very thankful for the Membership.

Love My Best Buy Total. I never have to worry if I have a problem. And I renew every year automayically. Thay way I'm always able to make sure my computer is up tp date. I just bring it to a Best Buy Store and they yake care of everything.

Have had total tech sicnce before it became total tech. Excellent results (avoid calling in, you will get India and these experiences have cost me weeks off my life). Deal with your local store by scheduling an appointment and going to the store. The store techs are very good and nice to deal with.

This is a great package, well worth the money. I've already used Geek Squad twice this month. Once in store and once remote. Have not used the other features yet but very happy with this purchase

Have had great success with the Total membership. Knowledgeable agents readily available and can jump onto my computer remotely to fix my issues. Great value plus offers discounts to purchases and covers in-store Geek assists. Automatically renews my Webroot each year so I have no lapse in coverage. Totally satisfied with Total membership.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting when I signed up for this membership, but I’m glad that I did. I’ve had my computer and my laptop looked at by geek squad. The service has always been great. When I buy in store items, I get good service. Soon I’ll be getting my new appliances and hoping to get the same service.
