I like this protection plan because it covers a lot of services with this plan you can get your large items or small items checked computers stoves refrigerator microwave dishwasher or phone they are there to help you and as far as phones some places charge you to check your phone even if you bought it there. I can truly say this service plan is great.

I didn't realize my older phone was still under the warranty period so my Geek Squad associate, Alexandra Mariona, worked with me to get my new moto g phone to replace my older phone which was damaged. She went the extra mile to help and assist me. I'm very happy with the Best Buy total plan. It worked great for me!

I renewed my Total tech membership. Positive points: They did not raise the price. You still get free shipping on most things. You get special pricing on some items. You are allowed 60- day return period for most items! % off for repairs, geek squad will do a lot for free like check your computers, & help you will problems. That is why I continue to keep total tech. As long as they do not start cutting benefits, I am happy. But sadly, they no longer include Web root antivirus anymore.

The Total Geek Squad protection is amazing! Most problems can be handled quickly and efficiently from the comfort of home chatting with a member of the Geek Squad online. If more help is needed, making an in store appointment is given top priority, and if necessary, a BBGS member can come to your home at reasonable cost.
