I have had Best Buy Total for atleast 4 years. I wouldnot be without it. It has paid for itself Over and over. It ads time to you protection when you buy like my microwave up to 2 years. You get a little more time extension to return a product.

I would be lost without the support of Geek Squad. I did not grow up with computers so am a bit overwhelmed when something goes wrong. The staff with Geek Squad are always patient and ready to explain when I have problems. They don't hesitate to teach when I need it, and to help me with selections when I have to purchase something new.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I go buy something and this membership positively affects my purchase.

I started off the new year needing service to a one-month-old Sony Bravia. I reached Geek Squad coverage not realizing that the contract had changed to a charged appointment for 129-00. As always, the Agent was polite and willing to answer all the questions I had regarding the appointment. I didn't realize that the service had changed. I'm pleased to say that the service for the appointment was waived. I rely on this service because my physical limitations prevent me from taking a 43-inch tv to the store, not to mention the added cost. I know and understand that Best Buy must be current with their expenses. I'm pleased that the technician that arrived was able to answer all my questions and help me get the tv back in working order

My Best Buy Total Yearly Membership has been an absolute Lifesaver throughout all these many years. I believe I have been with them now for over 20 years with this service. If you plan on having anything Electronic or a purchase from Best Buy more than $200.00 I strongly recommend this product.

If you use a lot of tech but you like peace of mind as well this is easily one of the best member programs that exist. We love the fact that no matter what we purchase we automatically get coverage for an extended period of time no matter the cost of the item but especially when we put down a lot of money for a big Tech purchase not only the added benefits when it comes to pricing but also the customer care that we receive. It's not always perfect but in general the perks that it has make life a lot easier especially when it comes to returns
