We've been members for several years. It seems worth it, but admit we haven't used it much. But with plenty of appliances and electronics, it's probably good to have.

This is the best membership out there. If you have a problem with a purchase best buy will work hard to come up with a solution.

I have been a Best Buy Total Tech member for years. I'm very happy to have the services they provide, and I can't imagine being without this membership. I own a number of devices and questions arise. It brings me such peace of mind to call the Geek Squad and get an answer that I can trust. I think the best service is remote access to install a program or fix a problem. I have not experienced any problems with remote access and have built confidence permitting a Geek Squad member to access my computer. I rely on the Geek Squad quite a bit, plus this membership offers other valuable services, including warranty on items bought at Best Buy.

I renew this plan every year. I have used this plan. It also helps with the extra charges.

Have had great success with the Total membership. Knowledgeable agents readily available and can jump onto my computer remotely to fix my issues. Great value plus offers discounts to purchases and covers in-store Geek assists. Automatically renews my Webroot each year so I have no lapse in coverage. Totally satisfied with Total membership.

Love the Geek squad and being a Best Buy Total subscriber as it eliminates the the worry if we have any type of questions in regards to our electronics.

If you use a lot of tech but you like peace of mind as well this is easily one of the best member programs that exist. We love the fact that no matter what we purchase we automatically get coverage for an extended period of time no matter the cost of the item but especially when we put down a lot of money for a big Tech purchase not only the added benefits when it comes to pricing but also the customer care that we receive. It's not always perfect but in general the perks that it has make life a lot easier especially when it comes to returns

We have had the My Best Buy Total membership for many years. We love it because when we need help they are there to help you. Thank you.

I had so many laptops the store kept confusing them. They told me the laptop that was under the coverage wasn't and then told me to recycle it. They sent the laptop that wasn't under warranty in for repair. I ended up losing both. Then they accused me of knowing this beforehand. Corporate Best Buy is completely useless and does not engage with the mistakes stores make. I have purchased over $30K worth of merchandise. Starting about 7 years ago the store started treating customers poorly. To save money they fired all the experienced personnel who had specialised training. Now they have a bunch of masters of none clueless workers. They care nothing for the customer, just their financial bottom line. They can't repair high end gaming PCs to save their lives. They also sell gaming laptops that fail. When a gaming laptop fails they blame you for trying to use it on the higher settings of the game. This is a funny quote from one of the Geek squad employees with bad hygiene, "You are trying to get Ferrari performance out of a VW." LOL. I am not making all large purchases on other websites. I have been a customer for 15 years. I used to love this store and just walked around looking for interesting things to find. I felt warm when I saw a BB store. Now I hate them with a passion. Thanks for nothing. Other stores have heard about the Tallahassee store. There are good stores like Vero and North Palm Beach or even Orlando. But here it is dog poop. The BB corporate are aware and still do nothing. I just bought my last CLX with someone else. I plan on buying 3 more gaming systems, a home theater Bowers and Wilkens also for my next gaming set up and all new appliances in my 5th house. Enjoy the lost revenue...
