I highly recommend the Best Buy total tech membership. We have been using it for years and it is excellent in time and money saving!

I like this protection plan because it covers a lot of services with this plan you can get your large items or small items checked computers stoves refrigerator microwave dishwasher or phone they are there to help you and as far as phones some places charge you to check your phone even if you bought it there. I can truly say this service plan is great.

We enjoy knowing we have full protection on every purchase we make . It’s a total peace of mind worth having. Will continue to renew our membership.

My Best Buy Total membership gives me peace of mind. I get great service and great advice whenever I have a question about my lap top or I-Phone. I am 79 years old and not very technologically aware. I get great advice from my Geek Squad guru's whether I make an appointment in the store or call on the phone.

If more help is needed, making an in store appointment is given top priority, and if necessary, a BBGS member can come to your home at reasonable cost.
