I have been to see the Geek Squad in store at least 4 times in the past 2 months. It is great to have this service available without additional charge. The technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, having the membership offers extended warranty duration.

The membership is a tremendous life support for everyone who is not computer savy. The Geek squad members are always such a delight as they gently guide and educate us alone the way of surviving the computer world. THANK YOU, Best Buy for a wonderful program.

I would NEVER be without the Total membership. I have used it time and time again and KNOW I have saved a great deal of money in the long run. The Geek Squad is always there when I need them and always help me with my problems.

I've been a Total Tech/Geek Squad member for several years. Even with the recent price increases and separation of the Webroot security package from the membership, I still consider it a great deal. I have used it for tech support and maintenance of some of my devices, delivery and install of several major items including a dish washer, clothes washer/dryer, a cooktop, and a large projection TV system. The Geeks also helped out with a in home network setup in an older home that had been prewired for ethernet. The added warranty on all of my purchases is a great feature. Well worth it.

Utilized Geek Squad for remote technical assistance and electronic installations. Technicians have come out for my appliances as well. It's worth the peace of mind.

Cannot complain about geek squad protection. They do a great job. If youre a fairly frequent electronics buyer (3-4+ times per year) and you have made some big purchases, get the geek squad protection.

OVerall, it seems like the current Best Buy Total does not give the same package when I first joined. I used to get webroot free, now I have to pay $20. It is quite difficult to contact the store to have a consult with a rep. I don't use the helpline often, but when I do, there is usually a language barrier that slows down solution of the problem. Difficult to get a tech agent to come to house.

This membership is a real value. I am not very knowledgable with everything about the computer so it's a relief knowing I can count on their expertism when I need it.
