I always think I’m not going to renew this Total Membership plan, but then I end up buying something and since I have the Total Membership, I don’t have to buy a protection plan. Then recently, because I have this membership plan, upon buying a Samsung refrigerator, I got an additional $850 off! So maybe I’ll keep this plan around for a while.

This is the best thing ever. A life time warranty that renews anually. This is extremely reassuring that Best Buy protects the items you buy at Best Buy!

This membership covers nearly everything i purchase. I feel good knowing my items will be protected for replacement or repair. Hooray for the Geek squad!

I had to get a new computer with a different OS. It was imperative that I had all my old information transferred. The geek squad made it timely, easy to find and get me started again.

Just Get My Best Buy Total! You won't regret it. I travel a lot, and they are always available via chat or on the phone to help with everything (except hardware issues). But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. I've saved thousands of dollars over the 11+ years I've had Geek Squad protection!

This is a great value. Had problems with a printer and was able to exchange the printer at a Best Buy store with no issues

I purchased this membership to have full warranty and service available to me. The Geek Squad is an over the top added benefit! While transferring material from my old computer to this new laptop, the Geeks were very engaging and encouraging. You can even schedule one on one help sessions, if needed! The membership is also there for other purchases.

The technician was extremely helpful and getting my computer set up. The only thing I would say is to make sure you tell your client everything that they need because I had to go in six different times to take something for the computer because they told me I did not need these things and then turned around and said I did

So far membership is working well. Have only been a member for a couple of months. All associates have been very polite and have taken time to answer all my questions.

I’ve had the Best Buy total membership for years now I renew it every year. It’s great. My appliances are all covered and they come out to my house to repair. Love it.

This is a great feature to have to add on to your Best Buy shopping experience. You shop there a great amount of time for Technology and Electronics why not get great benefits to your purchases? You’ll appreciate it when you need it

If you buy an electronic device at Best Buy and seek an extended warranty this is the way to go. 2 year warranty is automatic and Geek Squad help is always available.
