I have had the Geek Squad membership for years. Have not and would not give it up. The price is good for the value you get from having it. Have had many repairs and replacements. It has been a blessing to have. Love it!

I love having the Total Membership. It's so nice knowing I can contact support any time or take in any of my devices if I'm having trouble. Getting help remotely is my favorite, it's been a lifesaver a number of times! You're dealing with experts every time you reach out for support and they do everything they can to fix whatever problem you're having. I've had the plan for years and will continue to renew it!

Purchasing all tech, appliances etc. in my home for the past 20+ years, I have relied on my various Best Buy service memberships year in and year in and year out and have always been very pleased. Whether Geek service at my local Best Buy store, or many services at my home, I have always been treated with great respect and expert attention. I've always had great confidence in their ability to expertly handle every situation.

Purchased a Hamilton Beach can opener for a second time. Had one for several years and it finally broke and got another one. Great quality. The only issue with it is that when opening large and heavy can you have to hold the opener so that it doesn't tilt over.

This Service is great. I am able to bring in my computers in and geat a general work up for any problems. Keeps my computers working great.

I choose to join many reward programs.... some free... some with an annual cost. This program has been THE BEST investment I have made. The benefits with one purchase is paid for it self when tou calculate the benefits. The exceptional service and of course recognition is a noce touch as well. Geek squad support, which is an included benefit, has been amazing. The group of women and men have all been the best group I've ever dealt with. At least the the Irving location on 183 and Esters. Thank you Best Buy.

This has always been great and I have had this for years, my only complaint is when the Geek Squad contact and support members went outside USA. It seems to never get the problems resolved and they never close the loop on the job when completed. Before they stayed on the line until the problem was resolved. If the worked on it off line they would always return a call to you to insure the problem was resolved.
