Somehow my Geek Squad membership was cancelled after one month, I did not cancel it Perhaps a scam? However because of that I am renewing it now adding Webroot which is a better Virus checking program in my opinion The GEEK SQUAD IS THE BEST!

Best investment I ever made. Would recommend everyone with computer, cell phone, etc. consider purchasing-could potentially save you money and aggravation when problems arise

The unlimited support is Great. Because we senior are on a fide income it can be a Little challenging as for as the membership pricing goes, Too bad you don't provide a senior discount. I really love the concept.

I often thought about the annual cost until something goes wrong with any one of my pcs, laptops, ipdas or iwatch. Very comforting to know I can just make an appointment and have Best Buy trouble shoot my problem, explain my user ignorance or what to try next.

This membership has saved me money and is well worth the price. We took a tablet in that had several viruses on it and they got rid of them all and we weren't charged anything. Love the peace of mind that the membership provides.

I do think having this membership is nice when you’re going to buy stuff and get special pricing. It also came in handy on a Dyson V 11 vacuum that I Purchased back in August 2023 and one of the sensors went out January 1924. I took the vacuum in to Best Buy and instead of having to deal with Dyson directly Best Buy actually just replaced it for me free of charge. Save me the headache of having to go through Dyson directly. I’ve also had to Use it for some work on an iPhone that I have.

The membership is worth it ! A person may not need the services at one time, but after a new purchase or product update, you may find you need MANY things ! You may need data transfer, geek squad, or more.

The My Best Buy Total membership is a must for me and family. We aren't then "techiest" so the piece of mind that we get from it is priceless.

Makes it easy to bring electronics in to get Geek Squad service, either by appointment or walk in. The one time I had a tech (contractor) come to the house, I was disappointed with the service.
