I love this, the team has helped me anytime I've had questions or problems with my computer. Techs are always friendly and knowledgable.

This is a great resource. It is expensive, but if the owner will actually take advantage of it and use it, it is cheaper than waiting for healing work. This is good for prevention.

I've been a Best Buy member for four years now and it has always been worth it. I however did just learn they no longer support Samsung phones. Disappointing. Be sure to check what brands are covered before purchasing.

My membership just paid for itself with a "clean-up" by the Geek Squad, worth more than the price of the membership. It's nice knowing we can go to those folks -- both guys and gals -- and get the computer cleared of faulty add-ons that keep interfering with my work.

The membership used to be the best value for everything id buy. Especially for my tech with repairs. If I had a membership the repair was free. But last I heard that is about to change. Now having a membership only gets you a discount. It could still be a good deal but not as good as it was.

The membership is useful but not as good as it used to be. Doing away with free installations was a terrible idea. When that was done the price of the membership should have gone down substantially or they should have given at least 50% off the cost of installation.

The membership is a great valu for the money. I like that every time I shop at Best Buy I earn rewards. I like the membership because I know that if I need to have something repaired they will take care of it.

I like the geek squad as a mean for helping with reoaur and resilce issues however I did not like how best but remove some of the great benefit such as free installation and delivery and started charging medmbers with benefits that was promised to be free. Not honesty

I have been to see the Geek Squad in store at least 4 times in the past 2 months. It is great to have this service available without additional charge. The technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, having the membership offers extended warranty duration.
