I first purchased this 10 years ago and have kept it up the whole time. So I intend to keep it for the foreseeable future.

This membership more than paid for itself between the multi-device security suite, repair service and tech support (which my household members used for a variety of devices, sometimes in-store, at other times remotely), and the other useful membership perqs.

the membership comes in really handy and the geek squad staff are really helpful (and patient) on the rare occasion the poo hits the fan and you need their help. Props to Kyle for helping me out with an emergency w/my iPhone that apple couldn't figure out

I would prefer incentives such as coupons and discounts for loyal customers, as I do not use any of the protection service that the program offers or find them useful.

Having this yearly membership gives me peace of mind that I could take my electronics in for service as needed. I also appreciate that it covers Apple Care for Apple products purchased at Best Buy.

This service is extremely helpful- earlier it also included free delivery/instalation and disposal of the replaced item, along with one extra year of warranty (generally 1 year by mfg. is extended to two years. Sadly now the free delivery/installation. and free disposal has been removed and we have to pay for it. For small items it is ok- because you can do it yourself. But for big items it tacks on say $200 to the price

I first got the membership about 3 years ago when I upgraded my TV. The benefits of having service plans included is great! Those plans can run anywhere from a few dollars to a few hundred and since Best Buy matches prices I typically try to buy all of my electronics from them.

Whenever I have a problem with my electronics or appliance I call Best Buy and get immediate attention to the issue

I've had Geek Squad protection since my son got his first laptop for college. I upgraded to total tech a few years ago and can't say enough about the service I have received over the years. Not to mention the added warranty protection that comes with it. Unless you're an IT tech, you can't beat the convenience of having one on call 24 hours a day.

Geek squad support and protection are great!! They are there to help solve an issue . They are patience and reassuring!

This has been very handy. Best Buy and Geek Squad have been very easy to work with and have assisted in solving several problems.

Must have for techie , 2 year warranty on purchases, 2 year applecare warranty on all apple product purchases, tech support , exclusive deals

This pays for itself it gives you great coverage outside the factory warranty window
