The Geek Squad helped so much in transferring our information from our old computer to the new one. The people that work in the Homewood, IL store could not have been nicer.

If you own electronic devices and computers this is a great plan. If your not that tech savvy and need some one who can help solve your issues The Geeks are great! When I travel or on vacation there is always a Best Buy close for support on this plan.

I was Scammed which require my computer to be re-imaged. The Geek Squad understod my ordeal & went thru my Computer to make sure everything was OK & nothing unusual or strange was removed & returned to its normal state.

The membership was worth it since we also bought a TV and it also covers that and any other tech equipment we buy. It extended the warranty for 2 more years. Well worth it.

Bought the membership on advice of my brother, who really liked it. Even if you don't buy your computers from Best Buy, as we didn't, they'll still do the data transfer. I had a question on my printer so I called the Geek Squad and got help which solved the issue. Happy so far!

I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have.
