It’s really nice to know that I have the geek squad support if needed! Also, some of the items that I have purchased are actually a little bit less than the posted price. It’s always nice to be able to get a little discount, especially in today’s economy.

I have had this service since they started it. It has been a little disappointing on the auto service part of it because they have really limited what can be installed into your vehicle and that is only if you can get in. I once had to wait a couple of months just to get a security system put in due to Best Buy in Fargo only having 1 person working for that department. For a big city like Fargo, you need to have several people working and make sure they get paid for it. The price should be dropped more just to get me to stick around after this last membership subscription.

This membership really is a great value. I get nice discounts on many of my purchases, which basically paid for the membership just buying stuff I needed (for example, I received almost $100 off my new iMac desktop computer). Plus you get the 2 year protection plan on every item purchases for FREE which is amazing. Also Geek Squad support on any electronic item you own. Extended return windows, free 2 day shipping, and so much more. Highly recommend if you have/buy a lot of electronics!

the unlimited support is a wonderful thing. and you don't have to take your computer to the store, they will connect to it online and can resolve many problems that way.

This is an awesome program to be in his saving money. I would recommend a friend and family.

This membership has provided value for my whole family, really just using it once saves a bundle of money. In addition, you can use the service not just for repairs and emergencies but also to seek advice on purchases and tune up your existing tech.

We have had this protection for several years. We’ve had to use it at least 2 times a year so it has paid for itself for us. The only bad thing is that the price keeps going up.

Membership is reasonable and use it often, expressly the computer checkup and virus cleanup part.

Total membership is terrific for me. When I needed help with a fried computer they were able to recover some things. When a tv in the home would not connect with the WiFi geek squad came out to assist with a problem in 2 days. I like that I call and don’t need to worry about the cost.
