I do think having this membership is nice when you’re going to buy stuff and get special pricing. It also came in handy on a Dyson V 11 vacuum that I Purchased back in August 2023 and one of the sensors went out January 1924. I took the vacuum in to Best Buy and instead of having to deal with Dyson directly Best Buy actually just replaced it for me free of charge. Save me the headache of having to go through Dyson directly. I’ve also had to Use it for some work on an iPhone that I have.

I pay too much for what I get and then when I have certificates they expire before I can use them.

This membership offers real value. It also provides peace of mind and protection.

This membership is such a great value. Anything you purchase from Best Buy is basically covered when you are a Total Tech Member. We have not only have computers and a printer, but we also have appliances that fall under the total tech membership...perfect

The best part is the additional protection received on what we purchase. Peace of mind! We also appreciate the annual PC checkup.

This has always been great and I have had this for years, my only complaint is when the Geek Squad contact and support members went outside USA. It seems to never get the problems resolved and they never close the loop on the job when completed. Before they stayed on the line until the problem was resolved. If the worked on it off line they would always return a call to you to insure the problem was resolved.

Now that I am older and technology is getting complicated due to the constant updates - this is a necessity.

So knowledgeable and know if I have any problems with any equipment it will get done

Seems like every year, less is offered and price goes up. Not sure how much longer I can do this.

Utilized Geek Squad for remote technical assistance and electronic installations. Technicians have come out for my appliances as well. It's worth the peace of mind.

This product bring me peace of mind. I have access to great computer techs that are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also receive discounts on certain products. I've had this product for quite a few years.

This membership is a real value. I am not very knowledgable with everything about the computer so it's a relief knowing I can count on their expertism when I need it.

Just moved over to google fiber and added eero7s for better wifi coverage in my house and outside. Had dome 6s before and this eorks well.

We like the peace of mind knowing we will get the help we need. We wish we would use the services more often and sometimes wonder if membership is worth it as we are not into tech or TV's so we don't buy a lot. It has come in useful when we needed help with our computer. The people are always helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. They seem to want to do a thorough job.

it's been three years since we started our membership with Total Tech. I initially thought that it was just for technology issues/support. To my delight, I found out that if you purchase any products from Best Buy which need installation, Best Buy, Total Tech, will deliver, install and take away if you happened to replace an item. Extended warranty is another awesome part of this memership, not to mention additional discounts when you least expect it. Thanks BB for offering this TOTAL TECH Membership.

There is no way to make a purchase at best but without grabbing this deal. It has helped me so much and given me so much peace of mind when we I have an issue. The service is unbelievable
