The Best Buy Total membership has been worth it for me. The discounts on member prices add up quickly, and having Geek Squad support included gives peace of mind with big purchases. I also like that protection plans are easier to manage with the membership. It really helps if you shop at Best Buy often, since the savings and support cover the cost of the membership pretty fast.

I was skeptical about making this purchase because I wasn’t sure if I needed it. However, after getting two new MacBooks and two new Apple iPhones, this Service has given me plenty of peace and security. I have been able to have all my data transferred from my old computers to my new computers, and my old phones to my new phones flawlessly. The geek squad Members which I have dealt with have been nothing less than amazing. They have impressed me significantly with their knowledge of these Apple products. Everything I have asked for was performed quickly, and the results have been perfect. It has given me a huge sense of peace, knowing that none of my data has been lost. Also, they are kind enough to show me some basic steps to increase my knowledge of the software I am now using.

Don't have to worry about anything for a full yr. Price matching is nice add-on feature. Also got some $$ rewards in addition.

This is a no brainer getting a Total Membership you would be a fool not too. Two year warranties on your purchases and Geek Squad support and delivery specials make this a Must Have!

Honestly, I was hesitant at first.But as soon as I learned that I could fix my laptop for cheaper than anywhere else, I jumped on the chest.

Membership is a great value for the protection that you get. We have already had to use it on the purchase of a new dryer that was defective. They came out replaced it installed all the zero cost to us and it was great having that piece of mind

I think it’s worth the price. I like the extras you can possibly get from it and knowing I’m covered if something goes wrong.
