Membership is a great value for the price! Reminders and info are very helpful!!

For me this membership has been extremely useful. I travel around the country a lot and sometimes needs support and it doesn't matter where I am. The technicians are always polite and kind and I've been able to recover data clean up my laptop as well as a few repairs. Like the security that I have when I go to Best buy I know that no data on my devices will be compromised.

The yearly membership is worth every cent. I get fast response and excellent service as a BB member.

Decent value for your money, like the rotating sales and early access

This membership is so very important. Every household needs it. If you shop with BB, there's no way you shouldn't have the membership. Renewals are a must as well. You don't realize how important this is until something goes wrong and now you have to fully replace or downgrade because you weren't protected. It's a necessary factor as long as you have any electronics in your home!! I urge everyone to purchase & maintain as neede.

This review covers all of the protections they offer. Especially My Best Buy Total. I cover all my electronic purchases. The Best Buy Geek Squad are amazing. They are the experts. Friendly, gregarious. and professional. I have never been disappointed or met an unkind person.

This membership value is great for those looking to save, and I would only recommend it if you're someone who uses technology pretty regularly. If you're the type of person who enjoys zero wifi with zero technology out in the woods permanently then this membership might not be best for you. I've saved a lot as a best buy total member and I've gotten some awesome promotional deals as well to help with payments.

It’s not as good as what it used to be, since they’ve taken away benefits such as doing free home and car installations of Best Buy purchases. Their computer help is mediocre, compared to how it used to be.

The membership has been used by us on a regular basis to keep our computers updated. It also became heaven sent for a TV problem we had. Much appreciated.

My Best Buy Total is a great buy if you have many products from Best Buy. Better pricing, service, etc is included. I usually save much more than the cost of the service over the year.

If any of my "tech" isn't working or I have questions, I know that I can rely on Best Buy and the store Geek Squad to help.
