I use my membership a lot mostly for my computer. I use my computer daily and would be lost without it. The Geek squad always d a fantastic job.

I have used Best Buy total many times. It has saved me a lot time and money. It is well worth the cost, believe me. You want peace of mind...this is it !

I have been using this feature for several years and feel that just like car insurance: I can't live without knowing I will be protected. Use auto-pay and then you can relax.

Ever since they downgraded all of the perks that come with it, its honestly not worth it any more. They are also raising the price on it next year another $20 to $200 per year. Bring back more frequent certificates with NO EXPIRATION DATE and coverage for all products purchased no matter from what store and also bring back FREE INSTALLATION IF YOU PURCHASE A TV WALL MOUNT...This company is becoming unbearable to deal with.

I often thought about the annual cost until something goes wrong with any one of my pcs, laptops, ipdas or iwatch. Very comforting to know I can just make an appointment and have Best Buy trouble shoot my problem, explain my user ignorance or what to try next.

This membership is a real value! Having Geek Squad assistance and the extra protection/warranty on products is great. I've used Geek Squad Tech Support many times, saving me money in the long run, and most of the time it dan be done remotely while I'm sitting comfortably at home while repairs, etc are made!

In my opinion, the Total Tech Membership is a MUST have! It is worth the money you pay (which isn’t that bad), especially if you buy everything from Best Buy, like I do. Try it! You won’t regret it.

I couldn't live without my Best Buy total membership. Every time I have a problem with my computer, I call them up, and remotely they take over the computer, diagnose what's wrong and fix it.

I feel comfortable when I have this protection and value. You never know when you will use it and just one time will pay for itself.

Somehow my Geek Squad membership was cancelled after one month, I did not cancel it Perhaps a scam? However because of that I am renewing it now adding Webroot which is a better Virus checking program in my opinion The GEEK SQUAD IS THE BEST!
