Love my membership with Best Buy Total Tech !!!!!!

Membership is a real value. If we ever need any assistance, the Geek Squad support is a lifesaver. The protection plans available give us peace of mind on all our purchases.

I would highly recommend getting the year membership anytime I had a question I needed something done they could do it over the internet there was no trouble they've come to the house when I had something with my TV doesn't cost you anything it totally take care of you highly recommend it things cost too much these days not to have some backup

Great to have just in case something happens. I bought my son computer. My son is a bit of a klutz, which is why I bought the membership. He messed up his keyboard. We got it fixed for free. He had a few issues that were fixed for the membership. It would have cost a lot more if we didn’t have the membership plan.

This membership is real value. We can trust them to keep our expensive toys in working order. I’ve gone to a number of other shops, trying to get my electronic devices fixed, and they’ve always been a disappointment to me. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Usually I don’t do reviews or subscribe to yearly things like this but man.. this Best Buy total tech has helped out soooo much since I build pcs and upgrade mine often, easy as scheduling an appointment, then dropping item off and picking it up when it’s ready with easy

This membership is a real value. Member prices was covered multiple devices. It’s really good plan to have if you want to maintain your devices and keep them in top not good product.

This is a no brainer. When deciding whether to buy from Best Buy and another re or E-tailer this product is the game changer. It usually keeps protection on your items up to 2 years after purchase as long as you continue the membership.

Being total tech members has been the gift that never ends. When we needed a disposal of a TV no one else would dispose all I did was call Best Buy and they took care of it quickly. When they say everything is covered they mean it. We've been members going on 4 years and will always be. We encourage everyone who reads this to join the total tech club!!

This is one of the best memberships ever! We’ve used almost every aspect of this from online computer assistance, to in store assistance (phone and computers) to in home computer assistance and in home appliance repair.
